My experience at this hotel was disappointing, as I encountered a disgusting stench in the pillows and mold in the bathroom. Despite the front desk staff's nice attitude, I was frustrated with the disrespectful maintenance guy who didn't address my concerns effectively. The heat in the room was set too high and couldn't be adjusted, leading to an uncomfortable stay that felt unworthy of the high price.

Guests might appreciate improved housekeeping services!!! Noise disturbances from events can be quite bothersome during the stay. Management should address car break-ins in the parking lot for better guest security!!!

Enjoyed the spacious King Room with a cozy sofa bed, perfect for my family. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and flat-screen HDTV, which made our stay very comfortable. The private bathroom had complimentary toiletries and was always clean, contributing to a pleasant experience.
The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times.
